Synergistic Activities.
Jack
Wilson was the founder (in collaboration with other colleagues) of the Studio
Course model at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
This model has since been extended to many other universities. (http://www.jackmwilson.com/StudioClasses/)
He also
cofounded the National Learning Infrastructure Initiative within Educause (with
Carol Twigg and others) and led the Studio Course Partnership program.
With Carol Twigg, he helped to prepare the $8.8
million proposal the the Pew Charitable Trust that led to the formation of the
Pew Center for Academic Transformation.
